Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Warehouse Worker for a 1st shift position. The role involves various physical tasks including the manual lifting, carrying, and moving of boxes. The ideal candidate must be flexible with start times and able to work in a physically demanding environment.
7:30am to 4pm

ResponsibilitiesScan correct boxes accurately.Perform order pulling while meeting productivity metrics.Pay attention to detail.Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.Work without assistance to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down inclines and stairs.Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders.Use a proprietary computer system to track orders and locate boxes.Operate a handheld scanner.Balance on ladders and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance for prolonged periods.Load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor, order pulling, and material handling.Proficiency in using an RF scanner.Ability to operate pallet jacks.Strong attention to detail.Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly without assistance.Additional Skills & QualificationsSteel-toed boots are required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is in a warehouse that is not climate-controlled. Employees will work on concrete and uneven surfaces and must be prepared for constant heavy lifting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00
