High School diploma/GED equivalent required Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when dealing with others At least 18 years of age Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance Treat customers/donors with respect and with courtesy at all times Ability to prioritized work, multi-task, work well under pressure and be a self-starter Ability to work well with a team Service minded team player Must be able to pass a background check Must be honest and have integrity Accept donations from the general public and distribute to the appropriate area Keep immediate work area clean and safe Prepare donations to be sent to the store floor, repair area or disposal Perform routine maintenance and cleanup on the premises Sort and price items to be moved to the store floor Efficiently pick up donations as a Driver Helper within Las Cruces Assist unloading trucks and distribute to the appropriate area Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor
