**2nd Shift Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to assist in our Sterling, VA location. Candidates will be responsible for pulling orders, entering parts into our proprietary system, and managing shipping and receiving functions. Strong computer skills are essential as you will be scanning parts and entering customer orders. The parts and products are high volume but not heavy or large, and you will need to follow specific customer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Pull orders accurately and efficiently + Enter parts into the proprietary system + Handle shipping and receiving tasks + Scan parts using RF scanners + Follow customer specifications for customized orders **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of warehouse experience + 1 year of computer experience + Strong forklift experience + Experience with RF ID guns + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma **Why Work Here?** We offer a pay increase after a 3-month contract period. Additionally, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate vacations and sick days. **Work Environment** You will be working in the warehouse, which has fans but no air conditioning, so you must be willing to work in a hot environment. The primary work hours are 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (once a month). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
