Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The individual in this role will perform manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products. The role involves receiving and putting away freight/stock, picking and building pallets for orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and organized, resembling a Costco but cleaner. The shift is currently from 5 am to 1:30 pm, and employees work 46 hours a week. Safety, accuracy, and productivity are prioritized, with a strong emphasis on ergonomically safe practices. The warehouse is not automated, requiring employees to be open to learning new processes. Supervisors may not always be available to assist, so candidates must be self-sufficient and patient during the training period.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FIFE, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
