Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will ideally be cross-trained on the entire operation, but the main duties for this role will be inventory-related. Responsibilities include putting away inventory, organizing bins on shelves, cycle counting, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Parts are received from the quality lab and need to be entered into the system using RF technology. Once entered and assigned a location, the associate will use a push cart to place them in the corresponding bins. When there is no inventory to put away, the associate will help ensure parts are in the correct locations and the quantities are tracked accurately.

Work Environment

The work environment is a small warehouse operation with about 6 rows of 15-foot tall racks. The warehouse is very quiet and clean, with no forklifts and only walking workers. The shift is 1st shift (Monday to Friday) from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with barely any overtime. The team consists of 18 employees, fostering a family-like culture where everyone knows each other.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
