**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves operating a forklift and performing manual labor tasks in a factory/manufacturing setting. The position is a temporary assignment with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs. The work hours are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift 50% of the day and perform manual labor the rest of the day, including lifting heavy boxes of liquid fertilizer. + Receive pick tickets from the supervisor and pull products from the warehouse. + Perform cycle counts and pull raw materials for the production line. + Pull products from the warehouse for the shipping team. + Replenish work stock and refill products. + Stock finished goods off the production line. **Essential Skills** + Strong prior forklift operating experience (1+ years). + Ability to perform a job that involves 50% forklift operation and 50% physical labor. + Capability to lift 50-60 lbs repetitively throughout the day. + Basic English reading skills to understand pick tickets. + Mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) for pulling quantities of items. + Willingness to perform 100% warehouse work for a few weeks until forklift certification is achieved. + Comfortable working in a predominantly Spanish-speaking environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts. + Bilingual in English and Spanish. **Why Work Here?** This is a great company to work for with opportunities for growth if the role becomes permanent. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, a hard hat, safety goggles, a safety vest, and a COVID mask. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of SANTA ROSA, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
