Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team at a dynamic distribution center. The role involves following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to fulfill both internal and external customer requests. You will work in various functional areas of the warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. The position is from 9am to 5:30pm, with some overtime required.

ResponsibilitiesProcess orders according to priority set by the Group Lead to meet customer requirements.Receive, pick, package, and label shipments according to Distribution SOPs and work instructions.Use picking carts or powered industrial trucks to locate materials and fulfill orders throughout the Distribution Center.Complete documentation requirements for packing and shipping hazardous chemicals.Maintain good housekeeping practices to keep inventory neat, clean, and orderly.Verify proper storage conditions of products and notify supervisors of any inventory issues, such as expired products or out-of-stocks.Assist other team members as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and promote teamwork.Essential SkillsProficiency in all aspects of distribution and departmental SOPs.Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.Ability to stand and move around the department for extended periods.Frequent walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral warehouse experience preferred.Experience with computers and scanning equipment preferred.Ability to read and write in English.Ability to carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers) and handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
