**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Duration:** Contract to Hire
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, organizing products, and preparing shipments for customer-facing home improvement stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history with no job gaps and the ability to perform frequent heavy lifting.
**Day to Day:**
+ Load and unload trucks at the loading dock.
+ Organize products in the proper locations.
+ Re-load trucks with final bags and products for shipment.
+ Pull and prepare orders.
+ Process inbound and outbound shipments.
+ Load and unload pallets.
+ Pack shipping containers and product bags.
+ Use RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory counts.
+ Track orders and document products.
+ Perform general labor and housekeeping duties.
+ Bring materials to the production floor as needed.

**Qualifications:**
+ Must be comfortable lifting 55 lbs and working in a hot environment.
+ Forklift certification is required.
+ Flexible with overtime, including Saturdays.
+ Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
+ Valid driver's license and good driving record.
**Hours:**
+ Starting at 5 or 6 AM and ending around 3:30 PM.
+ Must be comfortable working overtime on Saturdays during the busy season.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
