**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
We are a small packaging supplies distributor seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive inventory from trucks, restack, and stock shelves. This position mainly involves operating equipment to ensure items are securely stacked for sales and client perusal.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive inventory from trucks.
+ Restack and stock shelves.
+ Operate a forklift safely and efficiently throughout the day.
+ Handle materials using pallet jacks.
+ Use RF scanners for inventory management.
+ Unloading and shipping tasks.
+ Maintain an understanding of warehouse flow, including stocking, inventory, and fulfillment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in operating a forklift.
+ Experience with packing, inventory, and picking.
+ Ability to handle general labor tasks.
+ Knowledge of material handling and RF scanners.
+ Strong understanding of warehouse flow, stocking, inventory, and fulfillment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Self-starter with strong time management skills.
+ Ability to work independently without direction.

**Work Environment**
Our small team operates in a warehouse located in Milwaukie. The role requires working independently, demonstrating self-management, and efficiently handling various warehouse tasks.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
