Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as warehouse workers in our distribution warehouse. The warehouse stores a variety of inventory, including engines, nuts, bolts, short block transmissions, doors, bumpers, and other accessories that are shipped and received to our West Coast operations.

ResponsibilitiesWalk through the warehouse and perform cycle counts manually.Use a clipboard to record data and then transfer it to the WMS system called Manhattan.Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard items that do not meet company standards.Update inventory counts and maintain inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders.Report discrepancies in inventory that may indicate theft, such as shortages during the last count.Essential SkillsExperience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts.Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Cycle Counter.Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Strong work ethic and a great attitude.Highly motivated and respectful to all team members.Experience with the WMS system called Manhattan.Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-sufficient and able to follow directions.Possess common sense and a competitive spirit.Health and safety-oriented.Experience in a warehouse environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The job is set in a distribution warehouse with equipment, racking, and car part inventory. The dress code includes work pants or shorts (jeans are not recommended), shirts, and steel-toed shoes. The warehouse can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rialto, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
