**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling a variety of tasks including preparing re-pack request orders, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving of products. **Responsibilities** + Prepare re-pack request orders by weighing product. + Operate warehouse forklift and shrink wrap machine. + Report discrepancies, abnormalities, and problems to the Warehouse Supervisor. + Pull inventory, shrink wrap product, and prepare pallet orders for shipping. + Print shipping labels for customer service orders, UPS, and individual outgoing boxes. + Organize necessary paperwork for freight carriers to pick up outgoing shipments. + Pull daily orders from Customer Service Department and organize and prepare for shipping. + Ship and receive product in a timely and efficient manner. + Assist in the production area and on filling lines when necessary. + Use computers and touchscreen tablets to print labels and complete BOLs. + Process smaller orders that do not require the use of a forklift. **Essential Skills** + 6 or more months of warehouse experience. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. + Proficient with basic math (addition, subtraction) for weighing and preparing shipments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operation is beneficial but not required. + Familiarity with order picking and RF scanning. + Ability to load, unload, and put away orders efficiently **Work Environment** Our facility manufactures powder coatings for various industries including automotive, military, and other manufacturing sectors. It features 6-7 production lines in a temperature-controlled environment. The work can be fast-paced and may involve dusty conditions when mixing product. Reliable, mechanically inclined individuals who can learn quickly and work independently will thrive here. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Employees are required to wear static-dissipative steel-toe shoes, which will be reimbursed upon permanent hire. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.43 - $19.43/hr.
