**Now hiring for 1st shift Warehouse Worker in Middletown, PA !** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for a 1st shift position in Middletown. This role involves processing orders and moving boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. The work is physically demanding, requiring manual lifting, carrying, and moving/arranging boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 10-100lbs on a regular basis, without assistance. **Responsibilities** + Process orders and move boxes of various materials including files, books, binders, and backup tapes. + Manually lift, carry, and move/arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. + Lift and carry boxes ranging from 10-100lbs without assistance. + Perform physical work including walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods. + Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation. + Read and write English to process incoming and outgoing orders. + Use proprietary computer systems to track orders and determine the location of boxes. + Operate hand-held scanners. + Climb and balance on ladders. + Load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and various other material handling aids. + Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts. + Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids. **Work Environment** The work environment is not climate controlled but typically stays around 70 degrees. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes. The position is for the 1st shift, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Apply now to hear more!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
