**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** This candidate will work in a medical warehouse environment, collaborating with one or two other individuals. The role involves performing multiple duties as part of a smaller team and being flexible with varied tasks. **Responsibilities** + Unload trucks and place items into stock areas + Use forklifts as needed to pull crates, pallets, and bins + Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking, location, and management + Update and maintain the SAP system + Build crates as needed for shipments using hand and power tools + Assist with material and supply replenishment + Conduct audits, cycle counts, and re-organize inventory + Load trucks with outbound shipments **Essential Skills** + Experience with warehouse pick/pack + Knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management systems + Comfortable performing various warehouse tasks including unloading, receiving, forklift operation, picking, and replenishing + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Experience in shipping and receiving + Skill in crate building and inventory management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on feet for the entire shift + Forklift experience (training will be provided if necessary) + Proficient in working with computers and SAP or similar systems **Why Work Here?** Our facility is new and well-equipped with a beautiful lunch/break room that includes a market for purchasing food, snacks, and drinks. Occasionally, tasks may require going to other parts of the building to drop off or retrieve items. The warehouse is clean, not overly loud, and no hearing protection is required. The team is small, typically consisting of 1-2 other people. The warehouse is a decent size, requiring walking and being on feet all day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
