Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for pulling orders in the basement of the hospital, ensuring supplies such as gloves, needles, surgical supplies, masks, gowns, and other PPE are fully stocked and replenished. You will also hand-deliver supplies to various hospital departments, place materials on racks, shelves, and bins, and occasionally assist in assembling certain parts.

ResponsibilitiesPull orders in the basement of the hospital for delivery to doctors, nurses, and techs.Ensure the warehouse is fully stocked and replenish supplies as needed.Hand-deliver supplies to different areas within the hospital, including the ER department and surgical offices.Place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Occasionally assist in assembling certain parts when needed.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse inventory, picking, packing, and inventory checks.Proficiency in order pulling, order picking, RF scanning, general labor, and material handling.Comfortable using a computer to input data through EPIC.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in a team environment with 20+ employees.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.Capable of standing on feet for the entire 8-hour shift.Proficient in reading and writing in English.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in a smaller hospital environment with a team of 3-5 employees. You must be open to wearing a scrub top and any other provided PPE depending on the specific hospital area. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with the requirement to work every 3rd Sunday of the month. When scheduled to work on Sunday, you will receive one weekday off and that Saturday off as part of a rotation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newberg, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
