**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
As a Warehouse Associate, you will primarily be responsible for inventory-related tasks. This includes putting away items, organizing inventory bins on shelves, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory. You will also use RF technology to enter parts from the quality lab into the system, assign locations, and transport them using a push cart to the corresponding bins. When inventory tasks are complete, you will help ensure parts are correctly placed and tracked.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage inventory by putting away items and organizing bins on shelves
+ Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
+ Enter parts into the system using RF technology and assign them locations
+ Transport parts to designated bins using a push cart
+ Assist in ensuring parts are correctly placed and tracked
+ Cross-train in picking and packing tasks
+ Pick orders using a push cart and RF gun
+ Pack orders into tackle boxes according to diagrams
+ Maintain a quality mindset, ensuring correct parts are picked and packed
+ Be willing to use a ladder to access 15-foot tall racks
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous warehouse experience with inventory responsibilities
+ Experience using RF technology
+ Proficiency with CPU and computer-based inventory tracking
+ Quality-focused mindset, especially with parts that go into airplanes
+ Willingness to use a ladder for accessing high racks
+ US citizenship or permanent residency due to ITAR regulations
**Shift & Pay**
+ 1st shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
+ **$17**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
