**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker for a position in Eldridge, Iowa. The role is on the 1st shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm. You will be involved in various production and shipping tasks, including operating a forklift and handling chemicals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team in a dynamic work environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift for 20-50% of the time, depending on the specific role. + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally. + Pack chemicals and apply labels accurately. + Stage, wrap, and prepare products for shipment. + Load and unload trailers, typically handling 5-10 shipments daily. + Maintain proper rotation of stocked raw materials. + Follow all OSHA, ISO, and safety guidelines strictly. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of forklift experience. + Ability to drive and operate a sit-down forklift. + Experience with inventory management and general labor tasks. + Skill in using RF scanners and handling materials. + Strong attention to detail, especially with labeling containers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packaging, picking, and warehouse inventory management. + Ability to work efficiently in a smaller warehouse environment. + Commitment to safety and following established guidelines. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you are valued and not just a number.
