Join a dynamic team that specializes in creating trophies and plaques for achievements. This role involves picking items from the warehouse based on work orders and ensuring accurate inventory management.
ResponsibilitiesReview work orders to pick items accurately from specified locations.Match item numbers on the work order to the item numbers on the boxes.Grab specific quantities of items, such as dividing packages to meet order quantities.Utilize pick order sheets without the use of RF scanners.Occasionally use the company computer to look up locations or orders.During the busiest season, pick up to 100 orders a day.Stand on feet all day and occasionally use ladders to retrieve items from higher shelves.Lift items weighing between 15-30 lbs consistently.Maintain high attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.Use a walk rider to access higher shelves and must be comfortable with heights.Essential SkillsExperience in packing, inventory, and warehouse operations.Ability to stand on feet all day.Basic warehouse or production experience.Reliability and solid work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level warehouse production and order picking experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-climate controlled warehouse, comparable in size to a Burlington Coat Factory. Employees may need to use ladders and a walk rider to access higher shelves.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
