**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the 1st shift. This role involves inventory control, pulling customer orders, shipping and receiving, and operating power industrial vehicles. **Responsibilities** + Order Fulfillment Coordinator: + Pull customer orders. + Receive, off-load, and breakdown incoming shipments. + Count and reconcile incoming shipments against vendor packing slips. + Move finished goods from the Converting area to the Warehouse. + Package customer orders. + Distribute product to warehouse bins. + Help load/unload trucks. + Stage orders for shipment. + Accurately document customer orders. + Help ship orders using the UPS or FedEx shipping system. + Restock and organize shelves. + Assist with inventory control and the annual inventory process. + Logistics Coordinator: + Operate a reach truck, sit-down forklift, hi-lo, and cherry picker daily. + Prepare shipping documents and product for packing and shipping. + Receive incoming materials and enter them into the computer system. + Manage outgoing shipments and ensure adherence to U.S. and foreign government shipment and trade regulations. + Process inventory in the ERP system, both incoming and outgoing. + Deliver materials to work centers as required. + Load and unload incoming/outgoing trucks. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment for Order Fulfillment Coordinator. + Experience with sit-down forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and hi-lo for Logistics Coordinator. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation + Packing + Picking + RF scanner usage + Material handling **Why Work Here?** We offer a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid basic life & AD&D insurance, STD/LTD, and 401(k). The facility is very clean, high-tech, well-lit, and spacious, with a planned expansion to almost double its size. Employees have access to an on-site gym with a locker room area. PPE required includes steel or composite-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection in the casting area. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avon, Connecticut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
