**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for our facility in Eldridge, Iowa. This position is a first shift role, with working hours from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Candidates must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and have experience driving a forklift, as these tasks are essential to the role. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift 20%-50% of the time. + Pack chemicals and apply labels to products. + Stage, wrap, and prepare products for shipment. + Load and unload trailers, typically 5-10 trucks per day. + Maintain proper rotation of stocked raw materials. + Follow all OSHA, ISO, and safety guidelines strictly. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of forklift experience. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Experience with inventory, production, and material handling. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Strong attention to detail for labeling containers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Knowledge of packaging and warehouse inventory processes. + Capability to operate sit-down forklifts. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 1st shift hours with optional overtime.
