**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in the warehouse and slab yard helping to guide large slabs of natural and manufactured stone to the viewing area and the shipping docks. We are seeking candidates with a good attitude who are willing to learn. The role involves lifting material up to 75 pounds, and candidates will be trained on how to operate a forklift. Part of the warehouse is outside, which can be very hot, and the job requires a lot of walking. Candidates must be comfortable with some basic customer interaction. **Responsibilities** + Guide large slabs of natural and manufactured stone to the viewing area and shipping docks. + Lift materials up to 75 pounds. + Operate a forklift (training provided). + Interact with customers, assisting with loading vehicles with tile products. + Work partially outside, enduring heat and adverse weather conditions. + Stand and walk all day, covering approximately 2-5 miles a day. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse, labor, or construction. + Ability to drive and operate an LPG forklift. + Attention to detail. + Ability to handle materials and perform heavy lifting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift skills are a plus. + Ability to work under adverse weather conditions. + Good attitude and willingness to learn. **Why Work Here?** This company offers the opportunity to grow and relocate within the Southwest region. The warehouse environment operates from 7 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) with some Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM starting in June. The company is closed on Sundays and holidays. They provide water, ice, Gatorade, and coffee, and offer frequent breaks during the summer to ensure hydration. The attire includes steel-toed shoes, work jeans, and a plain t-shirt. While there is not a ton of heavy lifting, you will be walking a lot during the day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
