**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for a 2nd shift position from 3pm-11:30pm. The candidate will work onsite and must be at least 21 years old. This role requires forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for moving products/parts, managing work orders, cycle counting, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have a background in inventory control and be familiar with using hand-held devices to interpret work orders. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift to move products and parts within the warehouse. + Manage and fulfill work orders as per customer specifications. + Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. + Utilize RF scanners and other hand-held devices to track inventory and work orders. + Ensure the warehouse is organized and inventory is controlled efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of recent forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution warehouse setting. + Active driver's license. + 1+ year of recent inventory control or scanner gun experience to track work orders. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanners, cycle counts, shipping, receiving, and material handling. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication, offering a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. The work environment is similar to a DB Schenker type role, supporting warehouse operations. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and closed-toed shoes (steel-toed shoes are preferred but not required). PPE is available but not required in this area. The shift runs from 3pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WICHITA, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.60 - $18.60/hr.
