Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker responsible for pulling and picking BOMs for truck builds, assisting walk-in customers with their orders, receiving and distributing UPS/FedEx shipments, and ensuring the proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

ResponsibilitiesPull and pick BOMs for truck buildsAssist walk-in customers with their ordersReceive and distribute UPS/FedEx shipmentsReceive and check-in partsStock parts in correct locationsPO receivingReceive all ship-direct ordersUnload parts and shipments from carriersInvoice all documents/orders on a daily basisFulfill will call ordersHandle UPS ship outsManage LTL ship outsMaintain organization of the warehouseClean warehouse as needed to ensure it remains free of debrisResolve inventory issues when the Materials Manager is out of the officeOther duties as assigned by managementEssential SkillsExperience in shipping and receivingUsing UPS and FedEx shipping platformsForklift operation – both stand-up and seated typesComfort level with large Hyster forkliftOrder pickingInventory managementBasic computer skillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to understand fundamentals of mechanical systems related to the commercial truck industryAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with large Hyster forkliftsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequentlyMay be required to push/pull up to 100 pounds frequentlySpecific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is in a UNION shop with working hours from 7am to 3:30pm. The work environment includes exposure to elements such as extreme temperatures, various weather conditions, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises. The role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally. This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomington, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
