**Job Title: Warehouse Worker $18/hr** **Job Description** Responsible for unloading trucks with boxes of medical supplies. Boxes are heavy and can weigh up to 20-30 pounds. This is a small warehouse and you must be able to wear many hats. Every day the duties will include unloading new orders from truck deliveries, scanning the product via RF scanner, and entering it in the ERP system for inventory tracking purposes. **Responsibilities** + Unload trucks with boxes of medical supplies. + Scan products via RF scanner and enter them in the ERP system for inventory tracking purposes. + Handle RMA – reconcile implant banks versus cycle counts with critical accuracy and attention to detail. + Update QAD inventory records with data entry that requires critical accuracy and attention to detail. + Email customer relations regarding missing inventory, requiring Outlook skills, writing skills, and professionalism. + Pick orders, pack orders, and record picked items on picking forms with good handwriting, critical accuracy, and attention to detail. + Reconcile loaner banks outbound to customers versus cycle counts with critical accuracy and attention to detail. + Update logs and perform internal inventory transfers with critical accuracy and attention to detail. + Support all areas as a floater specialist. **Essential Skills** + Experience with RF scanner. + Experience in inventory management. + Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). + Warehouse Clerk and Administrator experience. + Inventory control and stock management. + Receiving product experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in Excel, including exporting spreadsheets and navigating through Excel. + Any ERP experience in entering orders or inventory of new products. + Prior receiving warehouse experience. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position in an expanded warehouse that has introduced new Japanese product lines for knees and hips. **Work Environment** The warehouse is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redlands, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
