**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking diligent and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team at the East Moline location. Our warehouse handles container management and racking systems. This role involves working with various types of containers and racks, including washing, sorting, scanning, and repairing. The position requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks with breaks in between. **Responsibilities** + Wash and clean plastic totes using washing machines. + Load, unload, sort, stage, and scan totes. + Work in process lanes to remove manufacturer tags from containers and racks. + Use hand-scanners to process incoming totes and racks. + Repair large plastic containers using hand drills and screwdrivers. + Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring correct containers are being shipped. + Read and comprehend paperwork to verify shipments. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of recent labor or forklift experience. + Ability to pass a forklift test, including driving through cones and lifting pallets. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Willingness to work 10 hours of overtime. + Availability to work on Saturdays. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor and material handling. + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment that understands the importance of flexibility and second chances. We provide training for forklift operation, which includes an immediate pay raise upon completion. **Work Environment** Our warehouse, built in 2012, is well-maintained with regular cleaning. The facility is fast-paced and temperature-controlled to around 50+ degrees in winter and warmer in summer. There are 60 employees and 4 supervisors, with 15-25 employees per shift. Shifts vary, including regular schedules and 10-hour support shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The first day of training/orientation will be in East Moline, even if assigned to the Davenport location. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
