Your Opportunity as Warehouse Worker I
Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions, safely and accurately complete assigned duties and maintain company standards. Duties include picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and using pallet jack. Move materials safely in adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Location: Edgerton, KS
Work Arrangements: 100% on-site
Pay: $19.63 / hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00p to 12:30am
Reports to: Distribution Supervisor
In this role you will:
Picking, packing, wrapping, and staging of product.
Box assembly as needed to support final product preparation.
Properly following all processes to ensure a quality product to our customers through compliant operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate and promote a solution based positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained with an eye for detail.
Promote and ensure a safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents.
Proven record of accomplishment of good attendance.
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company safety Rules &Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Tools and Equipment:
All tools and equipment which are required to be used by the employees shall be supplied and kept under repair by the Employer at no cost to the employee. These items must be kept on the premises. Also includes manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a distribution environment. The noise level in the work environment and manufacturing sites can be high.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
May push and pull heavy trash carts, dough carts, portable equipment, and catch pans.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Other Essential Elements Not Listed Above include:
Reading, writing, basic English communication, basic math skills.
Machines/Tools Used:
Forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools.
