We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The role involves pulling orders in the hospital's basement, ensuring supplies are fully stocked, and delivering products to various hospital departments such as ER and surgical offices. Products include gloves, needles, surgical supplies, masks, gowns, and other PPE. The position requires placing materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Occasionally, you will assist in assembling certain parts if needed.
ResponsibilitiesPull orders in the hospital basement for supplies needed by doctors, nurses, and technicians.Ensure the warehouse is fully stocked and replenish supplies as necessary.Hand-deliver supplies to various hospital departments including the ER and surgical offices.Place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms based on predetermined sequences.Assist in assembling parts when needed.Essential SkillsExperience with inventory management.Proficiency using RF scanners.Skilled in order picking.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in a team environment with 20+ employees.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.Capable of standing for the entire shift (8+ hours).Proficient in reading and writing in English.Comfortable using a computer for data entry through EPIC.Why Work Here?
