Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an experienced Warehouse-Yard Supervisor.
The Warehouse-Yard Supervisor is accountable for:
Assigning and overseeing daily operational work performed by the hourly operations staff Assigning material receiving, order picking, and stagingTruck loading/unloading loading of customer will-call ordersWorking with the team to complete the daily duties

This is a very exciting time to join our company. We are continuing to grow (70+ locations), introducing new products, making technological investments, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Lead and assign daily operational activities to be completed. Ensure all tasks are performed accurately with minimal mistakes. Perform Yard Associate job duties on a regular basis. Double check work performed by hourly operations staff. Label all materials upon receipt.Video document all loads before shipping to document materials on the truck for customer orders.Stay current and uphold all operational and safety policies as well as JSOX compliance. Maintain a clean and safe facility Manage inventory accuracy, cycle count plan completion and inventory accuracy. Maintain inventory in prime condition and recommend actions to be taken for sub-prime or damaged inventory. Oversee safety program and manages forklift operator certifications.Ensure completion of daily forklift inspection report for all forklifts.Work with branch sales team and branch manager to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.Communicate expectations and goals.Provide strong leadership and create a positive work environment.We are also focused on our people -- our most important resource.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse operations lead or supervisory roleWorking knowledge of warehouse/yard/delivery operations.Demonstrated leadership abilities, positive mental attitude, sense of urgency, strong customer service orientationStrong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal & written)Willingness and ability to pursue higher education and continuous improvementExcellent Inventory Management skillsProficient in ERP usage, MS Office Programs, and other internet-based programsAt Master Halco, we believe in transparency, open communication, and rewarding success with a path to fully develop your potential while building a career.
