Resumen de Posición A warehouseman is responsible for keeping the warehouse as a workplace clean, in good condition and in an orderly manner. Responsible for materials management, validating deliveries from suppliers, reviewing invoices versus delivered material, quantities and description. Correctly arrange the material, entering the corresponding invoices.Individuals performing this role must be extremely detail-oriented and possess basic mathematical skills, as well as basic use of Office packaging, use of email. The warehouseman is also expected to have adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments. May be required to operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery. The warehouseman has the obligation to adhere to all current security protocols within the company. Responsabilidades Esenciales 1. Loading and unloading of materials.2. Invoice verification for validation of material, quantities and correct description3. Entry of invoices in a period of no more than 48 hours4. Maintain a material output control record5. Keep a record of bar exit control6. Keep a record of invoices entered7. Maintain a model control log8. Perform cycle counts on a weekly basis9. Arrange materials inside and outside the warehouse.10. Cleaning and arrangement of the work area daily11. Manufacture of skates and boxes for export material12. Closing of finished product13. Loading of materials to suppliers and finished product14. Issuance of materials according to the dates required by planning.15. Delivery of materials according to the dates required by planning 16. Separation of material by work orders.17. Loading the scrap metal18. Use machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks, to unload, stack, move and place products in appropriate designated areas.19. Conduct safety observations20. The warehouseman must comply with relevant health and safety rules and regulations at all times. This includes wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and safely operating tools and machinery in accordance with company protocol.21.
