Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Wargame Intelligence Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you will get to articulate the path forward to enable the COF to evolve and successfully compete with adversaries amidst unforeseen technological and operational changes. It leverages Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) to examine various organizational, technological and warfighting concepts and inform force design recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute modeling and simulation functions to support exercises, wargames, and cyber operations planning.

Use and adapt modeling and simulation tools to analyze resource planning and decision-making during wargames.

Lead efforts to design and assess new tools and methods for cyber exercise scenarios, support post-execution analysis to refine and improve future wargaming and force design activities, or develop complex decision-support tools to enhance modeling and simulation capabilities in support of force design and resource planning.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.                                                                                                             

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the identified area of expertise.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph, or active TS/SCI with the willingness to get a polygraph.

Ability to obtain an IA-T2 Certification within 45 days of hire date

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
