Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Warning Analyst for a position in Pyeongtaek, South Korea.

Warning Analyst:

Integrates with US Army, USAF, USN, and ROK airborne collection assets in an under-resourced environment to optimize collection planning against ROK JCS, USFK/CFC/UNC, USINDOPACOM, and National priority intelligence requirements. Satisfies timely Indications and Warning collection against National, INDOPACOM and USFK/CFC priorities through coordination and integration with PACOM J2/J3 staff, 5x USFK Component staffs, and five Combat Support Agencies (NSA, NGA, NRO, DIA, CIA). Contributes to Joint/Combined/Multi-National Concepts of Operations and Standard Operating Procedures for Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations (SRO) missions and ROK/JCS- owned ISR missions operating in the Korean Theater of Operations. Integrates and schedules US sensor and platforms capabilities with ROK USFK/KDIC/JCS staffs to ensure Phase 0/Armistice requirements in support of OPLANs and CONPLANs are accomplished. Analyzes Joint/Multi-National intelligence collection results and updates to CJCS SRO book on a monthly basis, advising the Chairman on employment of airborne assets, capability shortfalls, and assessment of risk to the Combined ROK-US force. Ensures unified command and control of ISR assets by authoring updates to Joint Publications, USINDOPACOM and USFK theater OPLANs, Rules of Engagement, and theater Operations/Task Orders. Performs synchronized armistice/steady state ISR collection execution planning with ROK and US assets to formulate a single, combined collection CONOP and supporting Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) architecture.   Manages production and dissemination of daily ISR products to internal and external stakeholders. Provides recommendations and advice to ISR assessments based on recurring collection execution. Supports, as necessary, Collection Operations Management during combined exercises, optimizing joint/combined collection management and validating the ISR strategy in OPLANs/CONPLANs. Optional Labor under this task will perform the duties and include the required skills listed above, and in addition, will work emerging requirements related to increased military and/or malign influence campaign activity from North Korea or its allies.
