Position Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
Shift:12-hour shifts available 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.; training on days required)
Compensation: $22.69/hour

BelFlex Staffing is hiring a Warping and Weaving Plant Operator position at a local facility in Kernersville! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking stable employment with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor warping and weaving machinery. Perform quality checks and record process parameters. Assist with machine repairs and troubleshooting. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Use computer systems for data entry and labeling. Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen due to restricted area access. High school diploma or GED required. Basic math skills; must pass a math test. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Travel: Some travel to Cheraw, South Carolina may be required, with expenses covered by the company.
