Position Overview:

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Manufacturing Operators to join our team in Pine Grove, PA. This role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where precision, efficiency, and attention to detail are critical. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automated production tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Follow written work instructions to ensure proper processes and product quality.

Record data and production metrics as required.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Exceptional work performance and attendance record.

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and speed to perform tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production setting.

Pay Details: $17.00 per week
