Duties
- Process and manage warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Analyze and report on warranty claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Assist with warranty-related training and development programs
- Stay up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process improvements
Skills
- Experience in warranty administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
