Temporary position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftAccurately review, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturer in compliance with their guidelines and policiesTrack the progress of warranty claims and follow up with manufacturer to resolve any outstanding issues or delaysMaintain detailed records of all warranty work, including parts, labor, and claim status, ensuring accurate documentation for audit purposesVerify warranty coverage for customers and provide clear explanations of the terms and conditions of their warrantiesWork closely with all service team to coordinate warranty repairs, ensuring a smooth and timely process for customersTrack and order warranty parts as needed, ensuring timely availability to avoid service delaysStay current with manufacturer bulletins, warranty policies, and procedures to ensure claims are filed correctlyAssist the service, parts and new equipment sales departments with any warranty-related questions or issuesWarranty Administrator Qualifications:
HVAC knowledge preferred Must perform Caliper Assessment/Talogy Test On-SiteAccurately review, process, track, and submit warranty claims to manufacturer in compliance with their guidelines and policies Detail- OrientedCustomer Service Skills
