Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to support the engine warranty registration process. You will be responsible for verifying customer-submitted warranty registration data, entering it into our systems, and maintaining communication with customers and local dealer networks. This role ensures that customers receive the best maintenance possible for the lifetime of their engines, which can be up to 30 years.
ResponsibilitiesVerify customer-submitted warranty registration data.Submit customer registration data to the SIMSi team.Enter customer data into IPSD Salesforce and share lead data with field teams.Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of warranty registration status.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.Mitigate product issues and product protection issues.Work with local dealer networks to pinpoint engines and promote partnership between customers and dealerships.Essential SkillsExperience in Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles, specifically field support/industrial-based.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adjust and adapt to different temperaments.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to upsell services.Knowledge of industrial equipmentBilingual is a plus.Work Environment
This hybrid role requires working three days in the office and two days remotely, based in Seguin, TX (Building 2). The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility. The team deals with industrial/loose (individual) engines, working closely with local dealer networks to ensure efficient customer service and partnership.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
