We are currently seeking Warranty Booker to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities The Warranty Booker is responsible for ensuring accurate repairInformation and charges billed out on Repair OrdersThe position is full time with a varying scheduleAssist Service Advisors/Managers with closing of open repair orders, and assist Technicians with booking questionsAssist management with special projects, audits, and reportsPerform booking of warranty, internal, and customer pay labor operations and times on each repair order generatedCreate and apply purchase orders as needed for both internal and retail sub-contractorsOrganizing and filing Repair Order documentation in appropriate filesEnsure all corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair orderVerify appropriate documentation is attached and completedVerify repair orders are accurate and completeClose repair orders in a timely fashionOther administrative support duties as assigned Qualifications Must be able to multi-taskMust be detail orientedPrevious experience in computer required, CDK experience a plusDependable and punctual
