Warranty Coordinator
Job Title: Warranty Coordinator Job Description + Receive customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP. + Consistently communicate with external customers providing status updates on repairs. + Maintain a high level of data quality within SAP system. + Conduct data collection and analysis as applicable to customer complaints. + Review and report top customer complaints. Support Project Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Action coordination planning. Monitor assigned customer material from complaint entry through complaint closure. + Support disposition of customer material (Return to Vendor, Repair in-house, etc.). + Prepare repair billings and cost estimates. + Work with the Service Center to establish a repair schedule for in-house repairs. + Provide support and assistance to other colleagues, as directed, and perform any other duties as requested. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with the company's rules and policies. + Must comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. + Be energy conscious, if applicable. + Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Hard Skills + 1-2 years of experience working with warranties + Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred + SAP Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Westminster, Maryland. Work Environment M-F 8a-5p onsite. Parking included.
