Responsibilities:Directly supervise the Warranty Administrators.Assist the Warranty team with processing all warranty claims by next business day following RO close date.Review charge backs and short pay claims with Warranty Supervisor and Service Manager prior to write-offs.Establish and manage compliance with set procedures and guidelines to ensure that the payments are timely and comply with all applicable manufacturer policies.Perform Warranty audits.Monitor, analyze, and report monthly manufacturer warranty trends; cost per repair reports to avoid future manufacturer audits for the company.Manage, develop, and improve the warranty system, installation, development, and maintenance.
