Warranty Service Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing over 1.5 million in Warranty budgets and requests each year, and over 4.5 million over the last 3 years. This role is responsible for approving all labor and expenditures associated with any FORTNA Warranty in the US and Canada. In addition, this role is responsible for leading on site investigations to determine coverage and leads the effort with our quality department to reduce Warranty spend wherever possible. If it is determined that labor is needed, this role manages all of the material and resource coordination as well as negotiating what is covered with customers. This role also manages the FORTNA Warranty process as a whole, including coverage and term information. This entails merging all legacy process and workflows into one single FORTNA Warranty team. The Warranty coordinator is also expected to assist with service quotations and execute paid service work when not managing Warranty requests.
