David Weekley Homes, a leader in residential home building, is seeking a Warranty Service Manager to join our Charleston team.

Responsibilities include:

Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicate what items are not warrantableCoordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and customersFollow up, inspect, and ensure completion of all repairsHold contractors accountable for resultsManage your budgetHandle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframesThe ability to say "no" and overcome objections in a professional mannerResponsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfactionPerform minor repairs
Qualifications

 

A positive attitude and good social and communication skills are essentialMust be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativityPrevious experience in the home building industry is preferred & some home repair experience is helpful.Previous experience in a customer service environmentA team player who can work closely with Customers, Builders, and Subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.Stay organized and manage your time effectively to accomplish goals
