Job Requirements : + Excellent communication skills. + Excellent planning and organizational skills + Problem solving and time management skills. + Experience in maintenance or related field. + Excellent attention to detail. + An independent worker that excels with minimal direction. Self-motivator. + Ability to deal with multiple priorities. + Training or experience in some of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, flooring, and cleaning, heating, and air-conditioning. + Ability to work nights and weekends as required. On call 24 – 7. + Occasional overnight travel. + Skills in word & excel for reporting. + General Computer skills. + Must be able to lift 45 lbs. minimum. Load and unload tools and materials. + Operate hand and power tools. + Perform job clean-up. + Other duties as directed by the Warranty Manager and Warranty Administrator.
