Duties/Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for managing the warranty and service contract processes for the Hyundai Service Department to ensure timely and accurate submissions are made, and applicable payments are received.
Reviews and maintains warranty and third-party service contract payments and related schedules, with up-to-date notes, and submits them monthly to the Accounting Department for review.
Ensures Technicians are properly recording, on the Repair Order, any stories and actions are taken in completion of the repair, to ensure payment and to reduce the potential for charge-back and/or warranty audit. Report any Technician issues and shortcomings to the Service Department Manager.
Serves as the liaison between the Hyundai Service Department and the franchisors or other parties for warranty/service contract audits or inquiries in coordination with the Service Manager.
Code warranty claims using labor operations codes and submit claims to the factory and CNA (after-market warranty products) for payment. Rejected or modified claims shall be reviewed, with appropriate corrective action taken, and resubmitted for approval.
Assists Service Advisors, (who shall be the primary, responsible party), to coordinate and track Courtesy Vehicles, and/or rental cars for warranty customers. Collects and submits claims for rental reimbursements and shuttle use reimbursements monthly.
Assists Service Advisors in gathering required documentation, including but not limited to, photos for all aftermarket products sold by Korum and any aftermarket Service Contracts not sold by Korum. Ensuring submission of claims and that payment is received. Review the schedule monthly with the Service Manager to ensure timely reimbursement and payments are processed.
Desired Skills/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-4 years of previous Warranty Administration Experience
Ability to learn and use software provided by the dealership
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
