1. Warranty Management 

- Communication of quality problem

- Handling and supporting daily claim from customers

- Cost management : Allocate claim costs to customers or ZFF-HQ based on the inspection results

2. General Repair Management

- Customer Relationship Management

- Sales Strategy

3. Technical Support for Warranty and General Repair

- Customer Support

- Documentation

4. Service Readiness management

- Service Preparation for service readiness requirements

 

QUALIFICATION

 

Minimum Experience : +5 year of professional experience of heavy industrial equipment is required

Language : Fluent spoken and written English and Korean

Minimum Education requirement : A Bachelor's degree

Required skills : Strong communication and design knowlegeskills
