Warranty Processor Specialist Job Description
General Summary Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the role is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner at a sports equipment company.

Essential Job Functions
+ Responsible for incoming product returns that are delivered to the Thousand Oaks office.
+ Disposition Return Authorization:
+ Verify all required documents are included with the product.
+ Verify product is within warranty.
+ Verify product has a warrantable defect.
+ Match product to receipt and return authorization.
+ + Process Return Authorization in System:
+ Record product data.
+ Record shipping data.
+ Report issues with return authorization.
+ Record product data in the database.
+ Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations.
+ Responsible for product destruction.
+ Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours.
Minimum Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent with some experience in warranty or customer service.
+ Knowledge of baseball equipment is preferred.
+ Experience with software programs (Microsoft Office and SAP).
+ Must be detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
+ Proven ability to effectively manage time to handle large peaks in work volume.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
