This level of work applies to time served (apprentice or in-role) operating (but not interrogating/programming) high complexity or quality critical processes under clearly defined production processes and procedures. Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content.

Job purpose

•    根据生产部门下达的生产指令，按照作业流程和要求完成投料、混合等生产工序，确保工作过程符合质量标准体系的要求，最终满足客户的需求为公司创造价值。

Principal accountabilities
1.遵守公司员工手册及各项规章制度.
2.遵守安全生产规章制度，安全操作使用的设备。积极参与公司安全检查、安全培训以及安全会议等。
3.执行公司质量体系要求的各项内容。
4.根据SOP要求及工作指令单，进行投料作业，使用相关搅拌、研磨等设备，生产出符合技术标准的浆料供下道工序使用。
5. 在生产过程中，按照要求检测浆料产品特性并依据结果及程序调整产品性能使其满足产品规范，提供最终样品供质量部门检验并要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录。
6.遵守生产巡回检查和记录制度，及时准确完成生产原始记录。
7.清理和保持工作区域的场地清洁，物品堆放整洁。
8.在工作区域内，按照要求完成机器设备的自主保养。如需要，在职责内配合维修人员维修和保养设备。
9.能严格执行应急响应程序。
10.能独立进行现场特殊作业的监护。
11.在合理的指导下，承担员工技能和能力范围内的其他职责。

任职要求：

1.高中及以上学历，主修制造或化工专业优先考虑  
2.熟悉生产，有1年以上制造型企业相关经验    

3.阅读和理解产品技术标准  
4.阅读和理解简单的英语单词和符号  
5.通过培训，能操作生产过程中的电脑和其他设备
6.能与他人合作工作
