WASS Maintenance Production Controller SCA

The Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) program, an AAR business, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, provides global, world-class expeditionary and conventional aviation solutions to the US Department of State Air Wing.

Role Description:

Works in conjunction with Maintenance Leadership, Procurement, Stock Control and Logistics. Performs daily program analysis to track TBO items, scheduled maintenance, replacement parts, and the transfer of parts from one site to another. Assists maintenance program leadership in determining the forecasted requirements at each budget term.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with logistics for parts, estimated delivery dates, EDD, due out document numbers DODN, part status, replacement parts, TBOs, stock levels, ASL.Creates the monthly TBO Report and distributes it to all sites.Tracks demands for on time delivery for scheduled maintenance and TBOs.Forecasts upcoming option year budgeting for scheduled maintenance and TBOs for all sites.Participates with Production Control personnel in preparation for their Daily Maintenance Meeting.Prepares reports which include recommendations and solutions for critical issues affecting fleet reliability.Shares responsibilities with PMO PC as mandated weekly site meetings, any aircraft related issues, accuracy of Daily Status requirements, status, and remarks.Processing Controlled Exchange CEs, Waivers and Non-Reportable Time NRT if necessary.Compliance with the current revisions of the Program Work Statement PWS Program Directive PD DoS Pam GEN-01 and the AR 700-138-23.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and government regulations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws.Assists maintenance leadership with program bench stock and shop stock reviews. Performs analysis of usage vs. stock levels and makes level change recommendations to better provide on hand availability at each site.

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum 6 years of aviation maintenance experience. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint and computerized maintenance tracking programs necessary to perform job functions.Must be capable of multi-tasking, adapt to changing priorities.Experience in performing required tasks in accordance with regulatory guidelines in the aviation industry. Ability to interpret complex computer-generated data and make production centric recommendations.

Preferred:

Current FAA issued mechanic certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.Knowledge of Program Work Statement PWS, Program Directive PD, DoS Pam GEN-01 and the AR 700-138-23.Current Prior Experience on INLA program.Production Control, and MIS Knowledge.Creating and formatting the required reports stated above with emphasis on Daily Status, 1352 monthly daily status report, and Contract Deliverable Requirement List CDRL is essential.Knowledge of Army aviation maintenance documentation.
