Ensures all applicable rules, regulations, and procedures are followed.   Directs waste characterization, storage, and disposition for LWMS.   Manages project RCRA/TSCA, low-level waste (LLW), and CERCLA waste storage areas.   Communicates with CNS environmental compliance personnel for required environmental notifications and regulatory reporting.   Maintains project FMCSR DOT compliance program for drivers and tractors.   Coordinates with personnel for transportation of wastewater receipts, characterization, and acceptance.   Ships samples to off-site laboratories.
