We are currently seeking a Waste Mgmt Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience of wastewater treatment system operation and waste handling in manufacturing plant, preferably within the chemical industry. Basic English language skills are required for effective communication within our diverse team.
YOUR ROLE-
Be a key member of the wastewater treatment system commissioning within the manufacturing plant to support the successful commissioning and startup of the plant.Be responsible of the daily operations of wastewater treatment facilities to ensure efficient and effective treatment processes.Monitor and analyze the wastewater treatment processes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and compliance with regulations.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues, conducting root cause analyses to implement corrective actions.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations meet local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards.Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to wastewater quality and treatment performance; prepare reports for regulatory agencies and management.Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and systems.Collaborate with EHS and Production Team to handle plant-wide waste.
WHO YOU ARE-
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in wastewater treatment operation and waste handling in manufacturing plant, preferably within the chemical industry.Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in operational software, and excellent communication abilities.Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Additional Information:
