Job Title: Wastewater Mechanical Inspector
Job Description

The project involves replacing the Tysons Dodge pumping station, force main, and gravity sewer with new, larger facilities to accommodate future population growth and commercial development in the Tysons, VA area. This role will focus on quality control and inspection of mechanical work related to the wastewater system upgrade.

ResponsibilitiesConduct quality control and inspection of mechanical work for the wastewater system project.Write detailed reports with proper grammar and clarity.Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders.Inspect heavy process mechanical equipment in a construction or inspection setting.Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Essential SkillsExperience with heavy process mechanical equipment in a construction or inspection setting.Strong report writing skills with proper grammar.Excellent verbal communication skills.Proficiency in mechanical inspection for wastewater plants.Experience in construction and inspection of pumping stations.Additional Skills & QualificationsFocus on the design, optimization, and operation of mechanical systems used in wastewater systems.Experience with wastewater/pumping station construction.Work Environment

The role involves working on-site at the Tysons Dodge pumping station project. The work environment includes construction sites, where you will inspect heavy process mechanical equipment and ensure compliance with project specifications. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with the project team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
