We are currently seeking a Wastewater Operator to join our new team in Jasper, GA. We would ask you to operator a wastewater plant, including maintenance of equipment, monitoring treatment process, data collection and lab procedures. Daily activities will include routine work in the plant, basic process control decisions, minor preventive maintenance and housekeeping.

As a Wastewater Operator on the ESG Operations team, you will:
Operate wastewater plants, monitoring all equipment and chemicals to ensure effluent water meets applicable standardsCollect and record data for record maintenance and reporting to designated state agenciesMonitor treatment process for compliance, inspect equipment, monitor conditions, meters, and gauges to resolve load requirements and functionalityWillingness to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour emergency on-call shifts. Education, Experience, and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent experience.Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred).Active Georgia Wastewater Operator’s License required.Ability to follow manual and operating instructions. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet.Communicates clearly and professionally. Contributes to a positive internal and external customer experience. Willing to help others.
